A 26-year-old Venezuelan, Tamara Elizabeth Noriega Gomez,Cheap MLB T-shirts, was yesterday sentenced to 18 months imprisonment by (ag) Chief Magistrate Priya Beharry on the charges of forgery, felony and illegal entry.She pleaded guilty to the charges of uttering a forged document, two counts of conspiracy to commit a felony and entering Guyana illegally.She was unrepresented and was provided with an interpreter.According to police prosecutor,Cheap NFL Jerseys, Stephen Telford,Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic, on December 2, at the Ogle Airport, East Coast Demerara, Gomez was about to board a flight for Port Kaituma,Aymeric Laporte Jersey, Region One. She presented to the immigration officer, a Venezuela passport number 01891977.Upon closer examination, the officer discovered that the passport,Stitched NCAA Jerseys, the entry stamp and visa stamp were forged. She was arrested.An investigation was then conducted in to the matter. It was found that the accused came through a port other than the legal port of entry. The first charge read that on December 2,Cheap Jerseys Authentic, at Ogle, East Coast Demerara,Cheap Air Max 90 Free Shipping, Gomez presented a forge Venezuela passport number 01891977 containing a forged Republic of Guyana immigration entry stamp purporting to show that she entered Guyana and was granted a tourist visa dated December 5, 2010, knowing same to be false. The third charge stated that the accused uttered a forged Republic of Guyana entry stamp in a Venezuela passport to the immigration officer at Ogle Airport purporting to show she entered Guyana on December 2. It was also reported that between October 5 and December 2, she entered Guyana through a port other than the legal port of entry and failed to presented her self to an immigration officer.Through her interpreter she tearfully stated that she came to Guyana to visit the country and while here, was employed by several Brazilians who sell clothes in the interior.The visibly shaken and emotional woman stated through her interpreter that she was sorry for her actions.The Magistrate after listening to her pleas, fined her $30,000 with an alternative of 12 months in jail for the charge of illegal entry.She was also sentenced to18 months each on the charges of committing a felony and 18 months on the charge of uttering forge documents.   Her sentences will run concurrently.
